There are a few people in every family that question the need to examine dreams. Are these residual reels really for our benefit? For many millennia, a dozen cultures would answer, Only if we use them.

Even jotting down fragments, trains us to override the subconscious filter, that would like to remain in charge. The ego that rationalizes our actions, is the very barrier to our true nature and vision. And we can certainly be our own best interpreter. Moreover, to unravel the fullness of our situation and our future, we can ask, why am I dreaming this now? Am I ready – for where I’d like to go? Where am I in the process of being ready? Have I resigned to comfortable patterns - that stall my growth?

Taking it a quantum step: How can I practice reaching in to my inner life, discarding the unnecessary at many levels, so that the present will show facets of my true nature, and the potential of inner communication? One of the main objectives of this site is to bring the hidden side of people’s lives into focus, using these principles to accelerate one’s development. If you’re already in the habit of grabbing your journal upon awakening, noting how vivid it was might suggest the level of relevance.

How much more efficient it is - to use our subconscious, and be aware of our blind spots. In discarding the mental trappings found in dreams, and keeping our emotions in check, we’re less likely to sabotage ourselves, our family, and our goals. Know that seemingly troublesome dreams are only a daily snapshot, are rarely literal, and the ending can be changed. Additionally, what direction or solution is presented when you read the dream aloud - to a pet, or even to yourself?

Once you’ve fine tuned your ‘complete’ life, one or more of your senses may become keener, as you notice subtle messages in your surroundings, and possibly from your inner guide(s). Some would say, you don’t develop your mind, but tuning into spirit enables you to use your mind to be creative.

So for those of you who are going to the 7 Keys on page 3, ($ 6.47) or are going on to your next bookmark, I’ll finish here by saying, you will find it helpful, going back two generations, to know your true social background, in relation to who you work and play with. This will provide clues to certain dreams, as these characters will surface; and with regard to the aspects they represent, forewarned is certainly forearmed.
